Job description
We are seeking a Salesforce Release & DevOps Manager to oversee Salesforce release planning, deployment governance, and environment management. The ideal candidate will drive efficient and reliable release processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure seamless deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage Salesforce release schedules across development, testing, and production environments.

Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, automated, and reliable Salesforce deployments.

Manage sandbox strategy, environment readiness, and deployment planning to support ongoing development activities.

Coordinate release validation activities with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful production deployments.

Monitor deployment activities, troubleshoot release issues, and implement rollback strategies when required.

Continuously improve release governance, deployment processes, and DevOps best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
Key Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including release management or DevOps responsibilities.

Strong understanding of the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, environment management, and release governance.

Hands-on experience with deployment and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Proficiency in Git branching strategies, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD best practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
