Job description
We are looking for a Salesforce Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through comprehensive testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.

Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.

Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and business processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira while collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users and validating implemented solutions.

Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Release Managers throughout the Agile development lifecycle to ensure product quality.
Key Qualifications
-
4+ years of experience in Manual Software Testing (Salesforce testing experience).

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and standard CRM business processes.

Experience testing Salesforce objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and security configurations.

Proficiency in defect tracking tools such as Jira and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Certifications

ISTQB Foundation Level

Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred)

Salesforce AI Associate (Good to have)
