Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst who can effectively bridge business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translate them into clear functional requirements, and collaborate with Salesforce development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Conduct requirement discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to understand business processes and identify solution opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed user stories, business process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to support successful project delivery.

  • Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Solution Architects, and QA teams throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating delivered functionality, coordinating with business users, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend Salesforce best practices to enhance efficiency and user experience.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective project execution.


Key Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

  • Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and declarative platform features.

  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

  • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, user story creation, and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.


Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
