Project Overview
TrAIce is a cloud-based automotive yard and logistics management system designed to digitize and streamline vehicle tracking and operations. It enables real-time VIN scanning, centralized inventory visibility, automated workflows, and performance reporting to eliminate manual processes and improve operational accuracy. The system works through a mobile-first application used by yard staff, seamlessly synchronized with a centralized web dashboard for monitoring and decision-making. Built on a scalable AWS cloud architecture with a Flutter mobile app, React.js frontend, Laravel APIs, and a PostgreSQL database, ACG ensures real-time data access, security, and high performance across multiple locations.
