It works through a mobile application used by drivers in the field, which syncs with a centralized web platform and backend services to validate deliveries, store records securely, and provide instant visibility to operations teams. Architected on a scalable, API-driven cloud infrastructure with secure data storage and system integrations, the platform ensures accurate tracking, faster reconciliation, improved compliance, and operational efficiency across the delivery network.
