We are looking for a hands-on AI Transformation Engineer to design, deploy, and support systems that make AI tools practical, scalable, and effective across the organization. This role focuses on turning AI from a conceptual capability into reliable, production-ready infrastructure that teams can use in their day-to-day work.
You will work on building agentic workflows, integrating AI tools, and enabling teams to leverage AI through well-structured prompts, automation, and operational configurations. This is a highly impactful role requiring strong problem-solving skills, technical depth, and the ability to operate in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered skills, plugins, and agentic workflows for enterprise use
Troubleshoot workflow failures, system issues, and user challenges to ensure reliability and performance
Manage AI system configurations including model access, rate limits, usage policies, and team settings
Support prompt engineering initiatives by creating robust system prompts and instructions for real-world usage
Integrate and connect tools across multiple ecosystems (including Anthropic and Microsoft environments)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and implement practical AI solutions
Advise stakeholders on AI tool selection and best-fit solutions for specific business problems
Translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable and usable enterprise solutions
Operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving tools, priorities, and use cases
5–8 years of experience in software engineering or AI system development
Proven experience building and deploying AI systems in production environments
Hands-on experience with Claude tools (Chat, Code, Cowork) or similar AI platforms
Strong experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or equivalent platforms
Strong prompt engineering expertise for consistent and scalable AI outputs
Solid understanding of APIs, scripting, debugging, and system integrations
Experience with agentic architectures or managed AI systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems
Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and deliver practical solutions
Experience with M365 Copilot administration or deployment
Exposure to cybersecurity or GRC environments
Understanding of enterprise AI security and compliance considerations
Experience evaluating AI deployment strategies in regulated environments
