To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for a technical and business-savvy Pre-Sales Manager who can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client needs. This role will be pivotal in supporting non-technical sales and marketing teams in engaging prospects, crafting responses, and executing impactful content campaigns.
As a Technical Pre-Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing tailored technical solutions, assisting in content strategy, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for crafting compelling responses to prospect inquiries, supporting content-driven campaigns, and leading pre-sales engagements.
Support sales and marketing teams by crafting technical responses for prospect inquiries, email campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.
Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and objectives.
Conduct technical discovery sessions, solutioning workshops, and product demonstrations to showcase Closeloop’s capabilities.
Develop tailored proposals, technical documentation, and presentations aligned with client needs.
Manage the RFP/RFI response process, ensuring alignment between business goals and proposed solutions.
Act as a technical advisor, providing insights on AI, cloud, CRM/ERP, automation, and enterprise software solutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to refine solutions and messaging strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions to strengthen Closeloop’s positioning.
Contribute to case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and marketing collateral to support sales and branding efforts.
5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales within IT services.
Strong understanding of AI, cloud computing, enterprise software development, and digital transformation.
Proven expertise in solution design, proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-friendly language for non-technical teams.
Hands-on experience in API integrations, workflow automation, CRM/ERP solutions, and enterprise-grade system architectures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools, and content-driven campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in CRM/ERP integrations, automation, and enterprise solutioning.
Experience in AI-driven solutions, cloud platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working closely with marketing teams to support content and lead-generation campaigns.
