Salesforce Technical Consultant

Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant with around 2 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration. You will work closely with functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, integrations, and enhancements that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications and solutions.

• Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.

• Support integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

• Debug, test, and document code to ensure quality and maintainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements.

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Key Qualifications

• Good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: data modeling, security, and sharing rules.

• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder.

• Basic experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).

• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages and standard modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with effective communication skills.

  
  

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

• Salesforce Certified Administrator

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
