We are looking for an accomplished Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. With over 8 years of experience, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. This role demands a visionary technical leader who excels in Salesforce architecture, fosters innovation, and delivers scalable, high-performing solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Architect, design, and deploy sophisticated Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on Salesforce best practices.

• Lead technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and knowledge sharing.

Custom Development

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.

• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable components aligned with client requirements.

Integration Expertise

• Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

• Ensure data integrity and synchronization across multiple platforms.

Technical Analysis & Solutioning

• Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.

• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure robust solution design.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business analysts, to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Performance Optimization

• Conduct system performance audits, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Optimize existing implementations for peak performance and minimal downtime.

Key Qualifications

Salesforce Development

• Mastery of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.

• Proficiency with Salesforce tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers.

Integration Knowledge

• Extensive experience with API integrations and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi).

• Knowledge of Salesforce Connect, External Objects, and integration patterns.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer

• Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.

• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python (a plus).

Other Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A master’s degree is a plus.
