Job description

Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Your contributions will ensure that our organization's information resources remain secure and accessible only to authorized users.

Responsibilities

• Design and Development:

  • Design, develop, test, and integrate IAM systems and solutions.

  • Ensure solutions safeguard against unauthorized use, inappropriate access, disclosure, damage, and/or loss.

  • Build reusable strategies, libraries, and frameworks to support enterprise IAM services.




• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses.

  • Troubleshoot and manage issues related to identities, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.

  • Recommend appropriate responses to complex problems and defects.




• System Maintenance and Monitoring:

  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and monitoring of IAM systems.

  • Address system incidents, problems, and changes promptly.




• Deployment and Integration:

  • Plan and execute live deployments of IAM turnkey solutions, including onboarding client applications.

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to clients and coordinate with technology vendors as needed.




• Documentation and Communication:

  • Produce detailed technical documentation, including IAM designs, configuration guides, and implementation strategies.

  • Support business development by defining the scope of work and engaging with clients and vendors during proposal development.

Key Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).




• Experience:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and provisioning.

  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms like Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or similar solutions.




• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Kerberos.

  • Experience with directory services and identity lifecycle management.

  • Familiarity with scripting and programming languages like Python, Java, or PowerShell.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• Okta Certified Professional/Administrator

• SailPoint Certified Engineer

• Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) certifications

• AWS Certified Security – Specialty
