We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, along with hands-on experience or understanding of DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
Assist in managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
Work with development teams to automate application deployment processes.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.
Manage containerized applications using Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.
Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security best practices.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, LAMBDA).
Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes (pods, deployments, services).
Understanding of Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect Associate (optional but preferred).
Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and security groups.
