Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Recruitment to lead our recruitment team in Chandigarh. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the hiring strategy, driving recruitment efficiency, and ensuring we attract top-tier talent aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance performance.
Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
Implement best practices for candidate sourcing through job portals, internal databases, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and leadership teams.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline hiring operations.
Establish and track key recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness and improve processes.
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the IT services domain.
Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to refine hiring strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance within the recruitment team.
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in hiring for the IT services domain is a must.
Proven expertise in managing recruitment delivery and executing hiring strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address recruitment challenges proactively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Effective people management skills with experience leading a recruitment team.
Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel.
