The client's business model, characterized by its 'acquire and scale' strategy within the B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) realm, prompted a collaboration with Salesforce implementation partner Closeloop to tackle existing customer support challenges. These challenges encompassed disjointed communication channels, lack of centralized customer data, difficulties in resource allocation, and the strain of accommodating increased support demands as the business expanded. In response, the client opted for a comprehensive Service Cloud solution, meticulously designed to cater to their unique requirements.

This tailored solution involved the creation of a unified support hub within Salesforce, serving as a central platform for managing customer interactions across the range of acquired entities. Automation was key, with features such as Email-to-Case and omnichannel routing being harnessed to streamline case management, enhance agent efficiency, and ensure timely responses. The integration of customer data repositories and the implementation of automated notifications further bolstered the support experience, fostering proactive communication and personalized interactions. Closeloop took charge of designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining the eRezLife application – a fully custom software platform supporting all aspects of resident life within the campus. Seamless integration with third-party vendors and a comprehensive set of Public APIs allow external partners to connect seamlessly. The platform was conceived and delivered, encompassing frontend user interface, solution architecture, coding (Python, React.js, JavaScript, Postgres), QA, Training, and final deployment.

Ithos

Ithos Global offers a web-based software solution called the ITHOS Information Network (IIN) designed to support cosmetic businesses in efficiently managing their data, generating compliance reports, and staying updated with documentation. The software's name is derived from the Greek word "ethos," which signifies character and guiding principles, adapted to suit the digital era. ITHOS aims to aid businesses in their growth while ensuring compliance with regulations by providing cloud-based software combined with up-to-date regulatory expertise. Operating on a subscription model, the platform focuses on delivering Software as a Service (SaaS), streamlining compliance processes, and empowering users to achieve their revenue and profitability objectives.

Through IIN, companies can easily integrate internal data, such as formulations, raw materials, formulas, documentation, and information entered into web forms. This data is accessible to all users with appropriate permissions.

Moreover, IIN boasts a comprehensive library covering global regulatory legislation for 15 jurisdictions encompassing 58 countries. This extensive resource saves users valuable time and effort as they can swiftly execute national and jurisdictional laws and regulations without the need for extensive research or updates.

The ITHOS Information Network proves invaluable during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process by utilizing consumer data and a wealth of regulatory knowledge. Various departments can access data at any time and efficiently generate relevant compliance reports.

PharmAcademic is a web-based software tool specifically designed for colleges of pharmacy, catering to Pharma Programs and residency programs. Notably, it is the mandated software chosen by ASHP for managing ASHP-Accredited Pharmacy Residency Programs.

PharmAcademic seamlessly integrates the management of experiential education, assessment, courses, curricular outcomes, and mapping, along with a portfolio feature to support pharmacists' education throughout their careers. By streamlining processes and eliminating inefficiencies, the platform enables you to redirect limited resources to where they are most impactful.

PharmAcademic offers an all-in-one integrated system for pharmacy education. It efficiently manages course and rotation information, automates assignment and assessment delivery to student portfolios. The platform generates reports for curricular mapping, assessment submissions, and student portfolios, aiding in measuring teaching effectiveness. It facilitates the scheduling of experiential education rotations based on program priorities and student preferences. Additionally, PharmAcademic populates schedule, assignment, and assessment data into flexible student portfolios, enabling reflective learning documentation and artifact collection for comprehensive program assessment and student career development. This system streamlines pharmacy education processes and enhances the learning experience for students, preceptors, faculty, and administration.

Closeloop designed, developed, deployed, and currently maintains the McCreadie Group's PharmAcademic software—a fully custom platform supporting all aspects of PharmAcademic business. PharmAcademic seamlessly integrates with 3rd-party vendors and offers a comprehensive set of APIs for external partners to connect with. The platform was conceptualized and delivered within an impressive 10-12 month timeframe, encompassing frontend user interface design, solution architecture, coding (using .Net, MSSQL, and JavaScript), QA testing, training, and final deployment.

Cordance Celigo Integration

Our customer, a company utilizing Salesforce as its CRM platform and NetSuite as its accounting system (ERP), encountered significant challenges related to disjointed systems, manual data entry, and limited visibility between the two platforms. These challenges led to data inaccuracies, errors, and delayed revenue recognition. To address these issues, the customer sought an integration partner with expertise in both Salesforce and NetSuite and chose Closeloop due to its proven track record and extensive experience in successful integrations.

Closeloop proposed Celigo integrator.io as the ideal integration platform, offering real-time data synchronization and automated data transfer capabilities. The implementation involved setting up a real-time event trigger in Salesforce to initiate data transfer when Opportunities were marked as "Closed Won." Automation scripts were developed to streamline the creation and updating of Customer, Contact, Billing Account, Subscription, and Package records, significantly reducing manual efforts and data discrepancies.

The integration not only improved data integrity and eliminated manual inefficiencies but also ensured prompt revenue recognition and enhanced reporting capabilities. With seamless data exchange, the customer gained valuable insights for better decision-making, improved customer experience, and increased scalability to handle business growth. The successful integration delivered significant operational efficiencies and business growth, demonstrating the power of a well-executed integration strategy.

Ithos AWS Migration

ITHOS Information Network is a prominent provider of regulatory compliance software and services catering to the cosmetic, personal care, and chemical industries. The company plays a vital role in aiding organizations to effectively manage and navigate intricate global regulations and product compliance requirements.

Initially, the Ithos information network was hosted on a dedicated physical server to deliver services through their compliance tool. However, as the customer base expanded and the volume of data grew, it became evident that a more scalable and efficient solution was required. Consequently, the hosting infrastructure transitioned to include six physical servers, each responsible for hosting different modules of the IIN.

The limitations in scalability, reliability, and security posed obstacles to the efficient functioning of the IIN system. It became evident that developing a standardized, secure, and manageable infrastructure was crucial to ensuring the compliance system's safety, security, and efficiency. To accommodate the increasing demands and ensure seamless service delivery, the decision to migrate to a cloud-based solution was made, allowing for greater flexibility, scalability, and overall performance.

ITHOS recognized the need for a reliable partner with expertise in building secure and sustainable cloud-based systems to collaborate and address these issues. Consequently, ITHOS teamed up with CloseLoop to migrate its Ithos Information Network to the cloud and propose a new Architecture hosted on AWS while minimizing the source code changes needed. This strategic partnership aimed to mitigate the aforementioned issues and pave the way for a more standardized, secure, and efficient infrastructure.
