First, type in your business name and select your business industry. Upload your business logo if desired. Next, click on any icon to customize it with a title and icon image. Deactivate any icons that you do not need. Select the “All Done” button when finished. Click on the “Dashboard” tab to generate or test QR codes, define users and questions, establish employee ratings and review reports. You can revise your interface at any time using the “Dashboard” as well. That’s it - enjoy using Closeloop!

Step 4 – Click “I Am Done” to continue to the registration screen. Submit a name, email and password. The email and password you choose will be used to access your customized dashboard at www.closeloop.com.
Step 5 – Click the “Login” tab to sign in and review your dashboard. From the dashboard screen you can edit the launch screen that your customers view, customize surveys, questions and ratings for each icon from the “Additional Setups” tab or review reports from the last day, the last week, or the last month.
